SHIPPING & HANDLING

After your order is placed, there is a processing time of 24-48 business hours. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

  • Express 2-3 Business Days | $24.99  * no signature required

- Order cut-off time is 10:00 am PST. Orders placed after 10:00 am PST will be shipped out the following business day.

- Express 2-3 business days from when your order has been fully processed and is based on 2-3 business days for shipping, which excludes weekends & Holidays.

  • Free Standard Domestic Shipping on subtotal values over $150. *Please note Hawaii,Puerto Rico, Alaska and the Virgin Islands are excluded from free shipping* (Offer excludes site-wide sales)

Standard Overnight is from when your order has been fully processed and is based on 1 business days for shipping, which excludes weekends & Holidays.

RECOMMENDATIONS

For the best chance of timely delivery, we recommend placing your orders as soon as possible and selecting the appropriate shipping method based on your location.

It's important to note that we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you for helping us deliver your orders promptly and accurately.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kp3.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
