RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
KP3 Return & Exchange Policy
At KP3, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you with returns or exchanges according to the following guidelines.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like final sale products, gift cards, one of one pieces, and custom tailored pieces are non-returnable.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@kp3.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item or size). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, for items that are in unused and original condition.
- Exchange Process: To exchange an item, please contact us at support@kp3.shop with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size or color you prefer. We will confirm the exchange and provide further instructions.
- Shipping: If you are exchanging for a different item, you may need to return the original product and place a new order for the exchange item. If you are exchanging for a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange, including covering the return shipping cost.
